Honrebal sir,

My name is viren patel

my question is my father buy a land in 2003. this land is new shart (ga.dha.43). that time land owner done a afidevit of i recieve total payment by vinubhai & that oposit i give him powoer of atorny. but my father is risently expird so cna i use that poworer whose done by owner in favor of my father?

when we bought that land the land is allrady running case.

second is I have banakhat of this land in my favor in 2007 so cna i use befor land move in old sharat ?

Cna i give a notice on pepar like onbady buy this land because i have a banakhat ?

remember this land is new sharat & ganotiyo is not rady for new power. case is rnning in court i & ganotiyo dont attend in mudat.

pleases give me answers. My english is pooer so pleases check and read. sorrey
