Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My house is near our family temple.According to register record there is a 10 feet road up to the temple.But now as per surveythat 10 feet road is ending before 20 meter away from my house and temple.so can i claim that 10 feet way upto the temple and ofcourse to my house also by easment right?this road is using more than 35 years.

Yes. According to Easment rights, you can have right royal access to the roads subject to proof of evidence showing that you are using the roads for longback 35 years.
