Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
A house having ground and first floor was divided in four parts among the legal heirs. The three got a share each on ground floor and one got on first floor. All of them sold their respective shares to different people. Due to rise in value of property those having rights on the ground floorb are also claiming terrace which is on the first floor. their title deed do not indicate any part on the first floor. what is the law position and relevant case laws.
