Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I have a house at nabadwip. attached to that a land about 2.5 satak (1080 sq.ft.) belongs to my father. he sold the land to another without my knowledge.there is no demarcation line between my house and the said land. can i recover the plot ? is there any time limit? date of registration 19.02.2013.

The land is ancestrol or self acquired....
if ancestrol then you can claim for your share and make an application for cancellation of sale deed...
