But he never turned i did my son's marriage & went to my native for one more marriage i.e my brother's son marriage which was after 4 days.
when i came back from the marriage the tenent had occupied the living hall & the room which he left some of his belongings, with his furniture & family again. when i asked him he answered me that he can't evict now will stay here it self till i get another house.
in my house on the ground floor i have 2 rooms, 1 living hall, 1 kitchen , bathhroom & toilet & on the 2nd floor i have 2 rooms with toilet bathroom.
the tenants belongings were left in one of the ground floor room & the living hall was open. since the other rooms & kitchen were locked while when i went for marriage. He is asking me to surrender the keys again. Or else he will file a case against me in court
so please sir/madam please suggest me what to do now i have not done any agreement b/w us. i am affraid that he will raise sum problem. please suggest me what to do.

You did a mistake by not entering any agreement.....
do you issue a money receipt for the rent paid....????
did you took any written statement while he left the house.....
