we have a house in shimla which is gifted us by sister of our grand mother(father's masi)but nephews of father's masi is leave in this house about 60 years but they leave their in good faith of father masi and not give any type of rent to her.

Nephews of father's masi not give us control of this house we wants to get control of this house so please give us legal advise for get the control of this house. if you under stand the matter than please give me your advise as soon as possible.Kindly give us your mail-id and Phone no.

there is no point filing any case as the father s masi can seek the plea of adverse possession as she is staying there since 60 years. you have lost your rights over the house. however, in case you can prove that she had disturbed possession or some documents of license of tenancy were made by your father, you may get the desired relief.
