Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
a householder who is a sole owner in our society (registered) keeps all his footwears on the stair case which is a common area, & it comes in front of my house as I open my door. Beside of frequent warning he keep on doing the same. is it allowed? which i think is not, what action can be taken against him
