Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My husband had a self acquired land my two sons contributed to built the house. My husband sold this property to one of my son without knowing to me and the other son. I am housewife. is there any law I can stop this. I want to distribute property to both sons equaly.

the other son can seek for recovery of his money that he contributed towards building the house. you as such cannot stop the transfer in case the land is self acquired by husband. the only remedy is recovery suit.
