my husband affected paralyse and unable to talk and his elder sister taken him to her house and taking rent of shutters and residential house in the name of my late mother in law.my mother in law and father in law are no more.can i file dvc and partition suit.my husband is having one brother and two sisters all are married.I have two small female kids.i have no source of income to maintain myself and two kinds..sir temme wat should i do...please help..
