Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
only husband has applied for DDA plot and got allotment, and then for perpetual lease dda has made the lease in both the name of husband and wife and after construction got free hold and conveyance deed is also framed in the name of both husband and wife now my question is what is the legal status of wife in the ownership of property. and what will be the status of wife if husband is expired. they have two legal heirs

wife is joint owner of tht property... after husband's death property will come to wife than to legal heirs ...
