Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

My Husband has kept one mistress and is totally in her control, He (My Husband) has much of incestors property at Dildarnagar ,Ghazipur U.P. I have filed the case for stay on his property in Ghazipur U.P Court but it is pending since the last 4 years. My husband is 60+ and it is possible that he may do the will in favour of the mistress and her sons for the property both the ancestors and the properties earned by him . My husband is in poor health if my husband dies what will be the consequences will I get my share. I have all the evidences that i am the socially married wife of my husband. He is already paying mainteance of Rs.500/- p.m. to me. Will i get any share in his ancestrors property. i am staying at his ancestors property but it is not fit for living, can i do some contruction and stay there. He is denying to give me any share in his property both ancestors and the property earned by him,Please suggest

in case you have obtained a stay against the property, they cannot be transferred in the name of either you or mistress. a will is not a good document if the properties are ancestral.
