Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My husband is having a property of 5 crores and per month he is having a income of 7 lakhs.We are separated from last one year..and he is not looking after me and my kid.He has taken a dowry of more than 15 lakhs as gold and he is not even ready to give that.So I filed divorce case againt him.So now the court asked for one time settlement as its a mutual divorce petition.So may i know what should be the compensation i should demand from him. And the kid is with me so can i ask for his and mine living expenses.And i dont have a home of my own even after my marriage my hubby was staying in my dads home from last 9 years so can i ask for a house for me and my kid..pls let me know.thanks.
