my husband r 2 brothers aur mere sasur ko death kiye 1months hogaya hai aur brother in law kahte hai ki will hai magar kis ke paas hai ye malum nahi hai to ab kya karna chahiye legal step kya hoga bcz my brother in law dnt wnt 2 share father's property ,kitne din me wll ata hai ye kitne din keliye vaild rahta hai plz help me
