Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

I,[60+] am residing with my wife and one daughter at ground floor flat in bhayander.

Society passed a resolution for playing children in evening 4.30 to 9 pm.

few youths with others play here in time and before or after the same.

I informed to police on 25-11-12 they , after discussion at police station with Secretary , youths in my presence ordered to youths not to plat. Written orders given to these youths.

Now, if these youths or their friends do disturbance in the society"s eastern compound in front of my flat, what will be the right course of action on my part to protect my self from the disturbance .

Ask Society to initiate action against the persons, if they are members. If they are not members they have no right to play in Society's property, then you may initiate Police Complaint.
