Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
iam in chennai i paid a advance of Rs 15000, and a monthly rent of Rs 3000. i am living in that house for the past 3 months with my family, but now i got job at coimbatore, but the house owner telling that he will pay me only 2 months advance or other wise i have to stay there for 1 year, kindly help me

Don't accept it? do you have any signed agreement with the landowner? is there any such clause if not he is not entitled to deduct any amount in advance.
