Iam naveen karimnagar good morning sir! my father&(my father brother) purchase land simple paper (10 rupees stamp paper&respondent finger print signature &now he is leaving)date;20-8-1992 unfortunately my father will be dead 2001 mychinnanana(my father brother)is applied permission date 15-08-2009 but he is suffered liver disease he will be death date 21-08-2009 but the grama panchayati granted constraction house permission 20-9-2009 every year renewaled this permission now on wards the respondent is disturbing to me he is saying i can not registered to this land so u can go how much paying for me i will return to your money. what we are do sir ia m going to lawyer he telling to me ur father will be death 21-8-2009but gp permission will be granted 20-9-2009 so he tell to me not came any injuction order for urs how to start construction my house so pllllzzzzzzzzz give me sugessition
but here one problem the evidance signature persons also will be dead
