Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Hi iam sujatha from andhrapradesh, I have got benefits from my decesased husband i.e his gratuity, pf etc..If i remarry am i loose the above benefits? do i need to transfer the above benefits to my in laws?
My Husband is only son to my mother in law. Where she is already a widow getting pension from her husband

Gratuity and PF are paid usually in one lumpsum. So if you have received it already in full, there is no need for any transfer of your right before remarrying.
