illegal pet clinic in residential area
as per develpment/municipal authorities what they gave in writing that no such clinics can run in residential area. but despite the repeated requests and complaints this is not removed from the residential area. what do i do?

You may consider filing a civil suit for appropriate relief.

I guess you have appealed to the MC authorities individually if so,then try to appeal collectively and still if no action is initiated then file a petition in the civil court under nusance and disturbance to your tranquility.
