Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
what incase warrant is issued by pvt company for bouncing the cheque in 2009 against personal loan taken .I am not in position to pay the personal loan emi too it has been 4 years and now am being asked to be in court.Kindly suggest what incase in court i say am not able to pay what formalities need to be done.Appreciate law guru answers and incase you suggest any lawyer for it

What is the amount involved? If it is small amount, go to the company and try and settle the issue by seeking installments, or rescheduling the installments. No body wants to loose the money, so normally the company would be glad to reschedule the installments.
Failing which, you shall need to hire a lawyer and defend the case.
