Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i am a from india,kerala and i am a muslim .my father passed away 5 yrs back.now his properties i.e 1 house and 1 rented commercial property are in the name of 8 of us i.e 1 mother,1 wife,4 sons,2 daughter.i wish to know accordin to sharia law how much would be each of ours share be if we sell it for around 50 lakhs
