Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
As per indian police station,what should be the size of a police custody room and what is the maximum amount of persons that can be accommodated in a single custody room??? which are the directions given by human rights commission or supreme court for the custody room?secondly,what are the rights of a prisoner?
