Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

we were inducted as tenant by mr x in the year 1976 but mr y was original owner but possesion was with mr x vide sale agreement and title suite case was pending since 1973 in lower court.mr x won the title suit of the said propety in from mr y the year 1980 .mr y moved kolkata highcourt and won the title suite in 2007 from highcourt and supreme court in 2008.in the mean time high court appointed reciever collected rent from us from 1992 to 2005.we r not third party anywhere in the case.mr y sold the property in july 2012 with decree.the purchased decree holder has put the decree in to execution and got the eviction order to vacate the property from mr x.how do we move our case?
