Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
i like to inform you that the judicial officer i.e session judge is anti against me for the reasoin that i had lodged a complainant against him and had instulted me by givig statment in the state com,mission that i am giving friviours alleged application against judicial officer in question to that can i file pil against such session judge who had insulted me and degrade me in eye of state co,mmission.

You may consider taking appropriate remedies provided under the relevant statute.
a PIL is not maintenance as the attitude of the sessions judge is not against the public at large and no public interest is involved therein. as you have grievances against the judge, you may ask for transfer of your case to some other judge. as on today, the judges enjoy the immunity against complaints made in relation to their official duties.
