Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
I would like to get some information about my case, we have a plot of land that was distributed to us by the clan and there after given as a gift deed to my mother in her name, however the land has a dispute, of a long standing case over 30 years the land paper holder had sold it to buyers, without our notice, it has now been resolved that we distribute the property between the buyers, how can it be when our land has legal documentation indicating the property belongs to my mother in the way of gift deed, we have occupied the property over 20 years, and have houses in it too!! please advice, could we appeal?
thanks
sab
