Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India

inheritance / succession right

I have one brother and three sisters ( all are married). I am the only member of the family in service.

I have shouldered all the family responsibility ( like marriage of two sisters, education of younger brither, financed ll important ceremonies in the family and relatives, borne all medical expenses etc) for last 30 years. However after the death of my mother , taking my absence from family due to my nature of job as an oppertunity, my brother has manged to pursuade my father to transfer our house as well as agricultural land in the name of my nephew and sisterin law ( brother's wife) in the form of '' datta--name removed--'' and sale deed. I have been debarred to even stay in the house in the pretext that my father has borne the expenditure for my education and I am not parting a part of my salary for them ( I have still two children who are studying , the daughter is of marriaagable age ). Is ther any way I can claim for my share by way of inheritance/succession? Large part of my salary income has been spent for them and used for stopping further depletion ogf family resource.

Re: inheritance / succession right

In order to claim your rights of inheritance, you will need to file a suit for declaration and possession concerning all the properties.
