Injuction on the Property
We had imposed an Injuction on joint share of our Uncle who own 1/3rd Share of our Family House. Still he managed to sell his share to our Tenant.
Is there any Judgement on this subject and can his Agreement be cancelled.

You may seek cancellation of the agreement as also lodge police case against the vendor.
