Injunction Notice
My employer filed a suit for permanent injunction against me for not serving the mandated 90 days notice period, the court vacated the stay but did not dismiss the suit, whats the future course of action that I should safeguard against

You may raise all available pleas in your defence by filing your written statement to the suit. A local lawyer may be engaged to pursue your remedy.

you should defend the case and there will be not any criminal obligations.
