Injunction order

I am Hindu girl got married with Hindu guy in India.My husband got divorce in UK though the marriage was solemnised in India.In india the divorce was declared void.My husband's parents have one house in India and my husband owns another flat along with his mother.He took the loan of the flat and bought the flat in the name of his mother and his name in the secound.I am doubting his parents will sell the flat that my husband own along with my mother and will transfer the money in UK.I want to know as still his legal wife in UK do i have any rights in tha flat my husband owned along with his mother?He is also giving me monthly maintenence.Can i stop them from selling the house as his legal wife in india?I have no plan of staying in his flat but i want to stop him from selling his flat as i am still his legal wife.I have no children.Can i stop him from selling his house in india ?

Yes, a wife may be entitled not only to stop the sale of property but also claim the title in property for two different counts :

(a) as a charge for payment of your maintenance allowance;

(b) as a share being the undivided marital property.
