Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
my inlaws r failed to fulfill one of the conditions of anticipatory bail and i had filed contempt of court against them in 498a case.will it support to my case in future?
further i had not filed DV case should i file it? its almost 2 months m at my parents house what r the time limits to file DV against my inlaws?

in case they have not fulfilled the condition of bail, you may go for cancellation of bail. contempt may not be there. you may file DV case in case the facts permit you to do so.
