Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
Me vs sub inspector of police.
I report a complaint to national human rights comission against S.i of police.he receive notices 2 times from comission. Now he warned me withdraw your compliant ,by saying it is a false complaint .but my complaint is correct with evidences.how i need to react now.i am not in a position to withdraw my complaint

Keep your communication going with NHRC and at the same time file criminal complaint in the court of Magistrate.Also forward a letter to superior police officials.
