Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
we intend to file Suit by declaration against the Coo.bank for publishing auction of property.Court wanted us to pay stamp duty of Rs. 3 lacs.We are looking how we can file suit without such heavy stmp duty?

the court fee would depend upon the compensation you claiming. you may reduce the amount to save on court fee.
