Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
interim injunction
we are the well settle in the disputed land for 25 years as tresspasser. Gram Panchayat of the village is the real owner of that disputed land. now the gram panchayat of that village wants to disposses us from that land and they dispossessing us from that land without any due course of law.
we filed a suit for injunction against them but the court did not grant interim injunction. now please tell us what we have to do.?
