You need to either go to UK and marry under the law there. If she is visiting India, then you can marry under the Special Marriage Act. Talk to an Advocate in your city for finer details.

If you are marrying in India, you may need to verify her 'marital' status; if she is eligible, you may go ahead with marriage either by 'religious ceremonies' or through the court.

A copy of her passport, visa and her affidavit about 'marital status' may be required.
