Issues not responding properly from the neighbour

due to improper flooring in my above flat my bathroom is leaking for many years. due to this am getting electric shock in my house and v r facing some health probs due to it. I hav already told tht owner in charge regardingthe probs many times for the past two years and he said he will do but still he hasnt done it and am senior citizen and getting mental and physical problems due to it. What do I do to make him to do the work immediately? as of now some tenants are there and the owner in charge is also staying in the same city.

You can file a suit against tenent and owner.

File a suit for mandatory Injunction against the owner and tenants.

Consult a local lawyer and file a suit for mandatory injunction against the tenants and owner
