Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
In a joint property which stands in the name of four persons, including my father.. If after his demise I as his legal heir sell my share of the property to a third party while the other partners are unaware , will the third party gain a right in that joint property even without the consent of the other owners? Please advise. Thank you

Yes you can sell your fathers 1/4th share in the property provided you have no other siblings and mother alive.
