Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
against the judgment debtor?
assuming that a monetary decree comes to be passed against a person who is a citizen of USA but settled outside (or for that matter even staying in USA), what recourses (or modes) in law are available to the decree holder to get the same executed against the judgment debtor?
