Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
By a judgment of the Hon'ble Patna High Court, we r at the office told that prior permission of Deputy Commissioner is no longer necessary while purchasing land of schedule castes some 43 years back, still lands are being registered without any prior permission, Now in two recent judgment, it held that prior permission is necessary or sale deed will be invalid, and possesion will be restored to transferor. What will happen to those who have purchased the land thro' registered deed 40 years back, but the land is still lying vacant, and descendant of the vendor claiming, land is still unmutated.
