Dear Sir / Madam,
You need to lodge a Police complaint for trespassing against the unknown person and request the local Police inspector to ask that unauthorized person to immediately vacate your premises and take repossession of your house without any further delay.

Your eviction case is already pending, talk to your lawyer, make an application and inform court about this. Before that ask the occupant to give you a photocopy of the PoA, so you can produce the same in Court. This will be a case of illegal subletting - this will help you in evicting the tenant / occupant.
