Sir,

my brothers are forcely get a gift settlement deed from my father without informing to me. i want to go to the lawer for futher action of my side. before that my brothers got kvit or kwrit and send to my old address but i am not taken that however how long it can valid how can i suit on them and how can i get stay on all the properties.

what is kvit / kwrit how many times the kvit/kwrit renewal is possible is possible all the properties at a time or single property please clarify

caveat is a petition where the other party simply moves an application that when u file any case, they be informed and exparte order be not passed in your favour. nothing to worry of caveat. as far as ur contention of settlement deed is concerned, u may file the case for cancellation of the same.

You may got the settlement deed cancelled. So far as caveat is concerned, it is hearing before granting injunction.

Since you have decided to go to a lawyer, he will take care of the issue. the caveat notice is only to request the court a hearing before an interim ex parte stay is granted.
