Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
a lady makes false police complaints repitatively and every time police investigates the matter and submits the genuen report this process is going on for more than 10 years, though police submits genuen reports, but for every report we are always questioned or even interrogated which is very much disturbing and a hit to our self respect.
kindly suggest the law process to get rid of this habitual complaint maker.
lady is 40 year old unmarried staying with her mother who is a senoir citizen
