land acquisition

1.Land purchased from 'A' in1962.

2.Muted in kanpur tahsil in 1963.

3.I have been paid revenues since

1963.

4.In 2007 after 40 years,KDA

(kanpur Development Authority)

claimed that he is the owner of

land.

5.KDA filed anFIR against me for

land grabbing.

6.KDA produced in the High Court

in reply of Arrest Stay petition a

land acquisition Award of

year1968.

7.In view of award these facts

found:

8.A notification was publised in

1945 u/s 4.

9.Notification of declaration u/s 6

in 1955.

10.Award made in 1968.

11.In 1968 LA officer made a fresh

statement not to make any

wrong payment.

12.'A' filed a claim 1n 1961.

13.some new owners filed claim

and LA officer considerd the

same.

14.Land acquisition officer did not

send notice u/s 9 even my name

was already in the records.

15. Please clear my position

Assuming that the land belonged to government, one may become owner by 'adverse possession' after 20 years by interrupted open hostile use as owner.
