Re: land acquzation
Question does not disclose that Sale Deed was executed in favour of Grandsons. In its absence, before death of Grandfather, Government acquired the land giving compensation. Now the alienation has been completed and conclusive and you have no right to sue Government and cannot get the land back. More upon your reply at [email protected].
Re: land acquzation
The acquisition is valid.
You cannot seek property back from the Govt
It appears that you do not have any rights left in the property or any claim against the government.
