Sir , i am having a small query ...request to clarify .......

my paternal grand father (father to father) writen a regesiter settlement deed in 1959 for some of his properties to is two sons . with conditions of limited rights for enjoy ment purpose only and the sale rights given to his male grand sons only( (sons of two sons ) . this also agreed by two sons in court in 1967 . ....query was ....in 1978 govt acquired a five acres land for police housing plots purpose from the two sons ....two sons taken some amount of money from sub-collector , guntur . and a award was passed on it . two sons are not having any right to give lands to govt and no right to take amount of money though award was passed .

can i file writ petition in High court of Ap that the award was illegal and the govt was not taken land from the real owners .....my date of birth was 31-8-1978 . does it fall in any limitation or can i ask high court in any way for my way of right.....

You may better try your luck; the result of litigation is ordinarily uncertain; there is no harm in making an effort on desired lines;
