Re: land lord
you have to contest the cases which he has filed but u can file so many cases on him that he will ultimately leave the premises. the cases demands clever drafting and good pleading
time can not be ascertained.
Re: land lord
eviction on the ground - for personal use of the landlord is one of the valid ground for filing a eviction case in the rent control tribunal/court . even though you do not have a lease agreement by the pending case it now established that he is your tenant and that you are his landlord - so ahead file a suit for eviction! and at the same time contest the tenant case. regarding time it is impossible to say how long it will take - we do not know the status/position of the case!
