land partition

my father have four brothers,they are not giving 1/5th of grand fathers property. how ican file a suit in the court

can my uncle sell a portion of undivided proerty without our consent?

One of the share-holders may sell an "undivided share" upto his ownership i.e. he could sell one fifth share in the property but may not be able to sell any particular property; In other words, the sale deed cannot be for a specific property but qua his share.

You may file a civil suit in the local court for partition of the property claiming your share.

You may need to engage a local counsel for the purpose.
