Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
A land was purchased in 2005, the vendors had power of attorney drawn in favor of them. Based on the powere the property got registered. But later there was a dispute between the POA people. Now they put a case against the sale. Will the buyer have any impact due to this? Please provide ur valuable feedback

The sale done by the POA holders are Valid in the law .
