what are all the document needed to property ownership suppose i want to buy a site what are all the documents we should obtain from the seller?

GOOD MORNING!

You need the following documents checked and scrutinized.

1. Title Deeds

2. Tax Receipt & Bills.

3. Encumbrance Certificate.

4. Pledged land.

If it more than one owner then you should check the following:

1. Agreement

2. Registration

3.Changing the title in Village office

You may engage a local lawyer to obtain from him a "Search Report" of the property which is prepared after inspection of ownership records for the last 30 years.
