Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
A land was registered on the name of my father and mother. My father expired 2 years ago. can my mother sale or register that land on her son's name? what is the procedures relating to this issue.

With the demise of your father, your mother becomes the absolute owner of the property and she has the right to sell, transfer or deal with the property in the manner she best deems fit.
