right for land sale
We r three brother, after my father death our name was incorporated in 7/12 of the govt land record. But we r handling this land commonly, but last six month one of my brother sale this land without my permission and notification. our land is common we r not divided our land, i want to know what is rule for such sales.

Sale is complete unless and untill the same is challenged by you and other co-owners.you may challenge the sale.
