Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in India
My landloard is asking me to vacate my present room this month (September 2011)....
Can I resist to vacate or I have to, because I signed one agreement to do so whenever the landlord asks to do so ?

Your landlord can ask you to vacate but you can refuse the same and let the landlord file a petition for eviction/possession against you as it would take a while for the landlord to get the possession.
